The Chronicles follow them across five thousand years of the world you already know. Troy did not fall the way the songs tell it. Carthage did not burn for the reason the records give. Behind each of those turns stands a herald, and behind the heralds stands Sael, who has never once been allowed to die.

Book One, The Stone Garden, opens the door: a young herald, an old legend, and a garden of people turned to stone. Each book after it stands on its own. Read together, they are the hidden history of the world, and one long war fought in its margins.
